Dana and Michael Eudy made the bold leap from Williamsburg to the Hudson Valley with their two kids, bought a farm and launched Field Apothecary, an herbal CSA. They join a fast-growing movement of young entrepreneurial farmers, artists and craftspeople moving upstate.
